What is a micro switch
The micro switch is a contact mechanism with a small contact interval and a snap-action mechanism, which uses a specified stroke and a specified force to perform the switching action. It is covered with a shell and has a drive rod outside. Small, hence the name micro switch, also called sensitive switch. The electrical text symbol is SM.
How the micro switch works
The external mechanical force acts on the action plate through the transmission element, and when the action plate is displaced to the critical point, an instantaneous action occurs, so that the moving contact and the fixed contact at the end of the action spring are quickly connected or disconnected. When the acting force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. The contact distance of the micro switch is small, the action stroke is short, the pressing power is small, and the on-off is fast. The action speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the transmission element.

1. Changes in operating characteristics Regarding changes in operating characteristics, a malfunction should not be caused even if a change of +20% of the specification value of the operating characteristics occurs.
2. In the case of welding by hand, please use the electric temperature with temperature adjustment of 320 degrees Celsius max to complete the operation within 3 seconds, and pay attention not to exert force on the terminal part during the operation.
3. It is recommended to use a low-power circuit type (Au cladding contact) when used under a small current and voltage.
