Working principle
The shearing machine is driven by the motor,
which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, drives the transmission device to operate, and makes the blade produce shearing motion. In this process, the two-foot switch controls the circuit on and off. When the operator steps on the two-foot switch, the circuit closes, the motor starts, and the shearing machine starts to work. Loosen the two-foot switch, the circuit is disconnected, and the motor stops running. The emergency stop rod directly controls the cutting off of the total power supply. When the emergency stop rod is pressed, no matter what state the two-foot switch is in, the power supply can be immediately cut off and all moving parts of the shear machine can be stopped.
