The difference between contactor and switch contactor
A contactor refers to a household appliance that uses an electromagnetic coil to generate an electromagnetic field through the amount of current in industrial production electricity, so that the contacts are closed to control the load. The contactor is composed of electromagnetic induction management system (iron core, static iron core, magnet coil) contact management system (open and closed contacts and normally closed contacts) and magnetic blowing equipment. The mechanism is that when the magnet coil of the contactor is plugged in, a strong electromagnetic field will be generated, which will make the static iron core generate electromagnetic induction adsorption force to attract the current coil, and move the contact posture: the normally closed contact is broken; open and close. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic induction adsorption force cannot be seen, and the flow coil is released under the action of the release spring, so that the contacts are restored: the normally closed contacts are closed; the open and close contacts are broken. The main practical effect of the contactor is to connect or cut off the main line. The main power circuit refers to whether a power circuit works is indicated by whether the power circuit is connected or not. The main power circuit definition corresponds to the control power circuit. Generally, the amount of current passing through the main power circuit is larger than that of the control power circuit.
