1, travel switch:
Is a switch through the displacement of the object to determine the circuit, the stroke switch and the limit switch are position switches, but the stroke switch can detect the stroke, and can be used as an input signal to control a certain distance of the circuit, in short, two limit switches.
2、Limit switch:
It can be installed on relatively stationary objects, referred to as still life or moving objects. When the object is close to the stationary object, the connecting rod of the switch drives the contact of the switch, so that the closed contact is open or the disconnected contact is closed. The action of the circuit and mechanism is controlled by the change of the opening and closing state of the switching contact.
Limit switches can also be divided into rotary limit switches and straight limit switches.
3、Proximity switch:
Proximity switch is also known as contactless stroke switch, in addition to complete stroke control and limit protection, or a non-contact detection device for detecting part size and speed measurement, etc., can also be used for frequency conversion counter, frequency conversion pulse generator, liquid level control and automatic connection of processing programs.
It has the characteristics of reliable operation, long life, low power consumption, high repositioning accuracy, high working frequency and adaptability to harsh working environment. Among the various types of switches, a component that is able to “sense” an object approaching it.
