The special trip switch/limit switch for the soot blower is used for the short extension soot blower. The trip switch/limit switch operates at -30V 0.5A~220V 1A and controls the reciprocating movement and sweeping rotation of the spiral tube or pipe. The soot blowing process is controlled by the KW6/CB34-S1, CB33-S1 trip switch located at the rear end of the electrical box. After the predetermined number of sweeping rounds, the control system causes the motor to reverse, and the nozzle, threaded tube, and cam follow suit. The valve then closes. Next, the guide groove of the cam guides the front claw and guide rod into the front of the cam, stopping the nozzle, threaded tube, and cam from rotating and retracting to the rear limit position. The cam disengages from the guide rod and pushes the rear claw away from it, continuing to rotate counterclockwise until the electrical control system operates, the power is cut off, and the cam stops at the starting position. At this point, the soot blower has completed one soot blowing process.
