Common faults and solutions
Switch failure: Prolonged use or improper operation may result in internal contact wear, spring failure or plastic guide breakage. The solution is to open the switch after power off to check, if the plastic parts are not damaged, try to repair; If damaged, replace the switch with a new one.
Poor contact: Due to environmental humidity, dust and other factors resulting in contact oxidation or pollution, resulting in increased contact resistance. The contact can be lightly sanded to remove the oxide layer or replaced with a new switch.
Shell damage: external force impact or long-term use causes the switch shell to break. The switch housing should be replaced with a new one, and if the internal structure and performance are affected, the entire switch needs to be replaced.
Often jump the air switch: it may be the insulation layer of the neutral line inside the switch is damaged, and the damaged part can be cut off and rewired; It may also be the foot of the indicator short circuit, rewiring can be done.
